Pawvention Wellness (operated by VELD.ATTIRE LLC, a New York limited liability company) (“Pawvention,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. It is committed to protecting your personal information and your pet’s information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our website, services, training, and products (the “Services”), in accordance with applicable United States and New York State law.

Care at Pawvention is delivered by a New York State licensed veterinary technician (LVT), supported by trained veterinary assistants. Every service is performed under the direction and general supervision of a licensed veterinarian, in accordance with New York Education Law Article 135.

That means we don't diagnose conditions, offer prognoses, prescribe or dispense medication, or perform surgery. Our veterinary assistants work under the supervision of our LVT and never perform tasks reserved for licensed technicians. Every visit happens on a veterinarian's order, and visit notes go straight to your vet, so the person who knows your animal's history stays in the loop.

Changes to This Policy:

We may update this Policy from time to time and will post the revised version with a new effective date.
