OUR PROMISE
Pawvention Wellness is not a veterinarian + we were never meant to be.
We own the space between visits: daily observation, preventive habits + trained readiness in your own home + workplace. That space has been unattended for decades, so we built a standard for it!
Our boundaries are deliberate. We do not provide emergency treatment, euthanasia, diagnosis, or prescriptions. Those belong to a veterinarian with hands on your pet + we protect that line because it protects your pet.
What we do bring is a long apprenticeship: years in New York veterinary clinics + in people’s homes, hundreds of dogs + cats, certified pet first aid, CPR + BLS instruction + a working relationship with a Manhattan veterinary practice. Written notes go to your own vet after every visit, so nobody is guessing + nothing gets lost between appointments.
In an emergency, you don't research. You move. Manhattan's 24/7 emergency teams are Schwarzman Animal Medical Center, BluePearl Pet Hospital + Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG). Know your closest one before you need it; that's the whole point of what we teach + provide.
