Fully supplied. Our own clippers, paste, shampoo, dryer, dressings, Doppler + towels, cleaned + disinfected between households. Nothing borrowed, nothing left behind. Where your vet has prescribed a product, we use theirs, exactly as labeled.

01 Apply. A short form, then a free 15 minute call. No obligation on either side. We take a small number of households at a time, so if the list is full, we’ll hold your place.
02 Buy in. If we’re a fit, a one time $100 opens your household + comes back in full as credit against your care.
03 Your care. Every visit after that is a $25 house call fee plus only what your pet needs that day.
The house call fee is $25 per visit, regardless of how many services are performed.

20 min
Trimmed gradually with clippers or a rotary file, stopping short of the quick, dewclaws included. We check pads, webbing + nail beds while we’re down there + work at your pet’s pace if they can’t be handled in a clinic. Our clippers, our file, our styptic powder, sanitized before they come through your door. -
20 min
We look before we clean, checking for redness, odor, discharge + pain, then flush, massage the base + wipe out to a safe depth. Both ears, every time. We bring the cleaner + cotton; if your vet has prescribed a specific solution, we use theirs instead. If anything suggests infection, mites or a foreign body, we stop, document it + send you to your vet. -
25 min
Full brushing with enzymatic paste that’s safe to swallow, focused on the outer surfaces + back molars most owners can’t reach. Brush + paste come with us, so nothing of yours goes near their mouth. We note tartar, gum recession + loose teeth for your vet, then coach you through technique so you can keep it up between visits. Preventive care, not a replacement for a veterinary scale + polish. -

External expression, cleaned + deodorized afterwards, with consistency + color checked for signs of impaction or infection. Gloves, wipes + everything used are ours + leave with us. If the glands can’t be emptied externally, we stop + refer you to your vet rather than forcing it. -
60 min
A medicated bath with your pet’s own shampoo or ours, including the full contact time the shampoo needs, the step most home baths skip. Thorough rinse, towel + dry, plus a sanitary, pad + mat shave for comfort. Towels, mats, dryer, shears + blades all arrive with us, so your bathroom is not a salon afterwards. Not a groom, no styling. Thick or double coated dogs may run to 75 minutes. -
90 min
Unhurried comfort care: repositioning, bedding + mobility set up, appetite, hydration + hygiene + keeping them clean, warm + comfortable through the day. We also sit with you + explain what you’re seeing, what’s a bad day versus a turn + how to read a quality of life scale honestly. Anything medical stays with your vet + we will tell you plainly when it is time to call them. We do not provide euthanasia; that stays with your vet + we will help you reach them. Booked as its own visit, arranged with us directly; the $245 includes the house call fee, with nothing added on top. -

We give the dose the least stressful way that works, in food, by dispenser, or direct with a chaser, confirming drug, dose + timing against the prescription label first. Everything given is recorded. If you’d like to take over, the rest of the visit is technique coaching. We follow the label exactly, we never change it + anything that looks wrong goes straight to your vet. -
30 min
Fluids to the type, volume + schedule on your pet’s prescription, warmed to body temperature + run at a rate your pet is comfortable with. We check the site afterwards, assess hydration + log the volume + how they tolerated it. Owners who want to learn can be coached over a few visits. We follow the prescription exactly, we never change it + if anything looks off we stop + call your vet. -

Doppler readings taken at home, where numbers aren't inflated by the car + the waiting room. We let your pet settle, size the cuff, take a series, discard the first + average the rest, then send the full set to your vet. Especially useful for cats with kidney disease or hyperthyroidism, or any pet on blood pressure medication. -

A sit down session covering your pet's vaccination record, flea, tick + heartworm prevention, grooming products + anything else driving their day to day health. We walk you through what each item does + what’s coming due. You get a written plan with due dates + a product list, copied to your vet. -
30 min
Cleaning, dressing + bandage change for surgical or traumatic wounds. We assess the wound bed, discharge, odor + the skin around it, photograph the healing so change is measurable rather than remembered, then rebandage at the right tension. Dressings, gauze + bandaging are ours, sterile + brought in for the visit. You are told plainly what looks normal + what warrants a call to your vet before the next visit. -
30 min
The days after surgery, covered properly. Incision checked for swelling, gapping or discharge, dressing changed, mobility + appetite assessed + a pain score observed rather than guessed. Cone, crate + rest compliance reviewed honestly, because that is usually where recovery goes wrong. Notes go back to your vet after every visit, so the recovery is documented by someone who actually saw it + anything that concerns us reaches them the same day. -
One time
The $100 that opens your household, paid once we have spoken + agreed you are a fit. The full $100 comes back to you as credit against care: visits, add on services, 1:1 training or a first aid course. Spend it in one go or across several visits. Never expires. After that, every visit is a $25 house call fee plus only what your pet needs that day.

One on one in your home. Learn to do it yourself with confidence: giving subcutaneous fluids, wound care + bandaging, medicating a pet who resists, safe handling of a reactive or painful animal + reading the early signs that something is off. Taught hands on with your own pet, at your own pace. Booked as its own session; no house call fee is added.

After that every visit is a $25 house call fee, charged once per visit no matter how many services are performed. Services run from $29 for nail clipping or ear cleaning up to $100 for subcutaneous fluids. Pet Parent/Family Care Training is $195 for 90 minutes, one on one in your home. Hospice is $245, its own visit, house call fee included. Discovery calls cost exactly nothing.

Yes. Cats too. We don’t discriminate. Because care happens in your home, most cats are spared the carrier, the cab + the waiting room + we get to see how your pet actually behaves day to day rather than how they behave when they are terrified. Tell us about them on your discovery call + the plan gets built around that animal, not a generic checklist.

Yes + honestly, be wary of anyone who tells you otherwise. We are a preventive pet care service, not a veterinary practice. Your Wellness Agent is a trained veterinary nursing assistant, so what we bring is the hands on, everyday care: hygiene, grooming, comfort, handling + a practiced eye on what is normal for your animal. Anything medical belongs to your vet + we will tell you plainly when it is time to call them. Already have a vet? Good. Visit notes go to them so they stay in the picture. Don’t have one? We can point you to a Manhattan veterinary practice + help you get established.
