Ten minutes is usually all you get. This is where you learn what to do with them. Dogs + cats in the same course, ten short online modules at your own pace, then hands on practice in the room. Three hours + you walk out genuinely certified for two years. A starter pet first aid kit is included, no extra cost. Learning as a group? The same course runs for groups of 4 to 10, or privately in your home for the whole household. Larger teams + buildings are Corporate Care. Privatize your first aid kit + know every piece in it. Read dog + cat body language, because they speak completely different languages. Learn their normal: heart rate, gums, breathing, temperature. Once you know normal, wrong jumps out at you.
